I have extended the M20337 (Enterprise Voice and Online Services with Microsoft Lync Server 2013) that I will be delivering for Global Knowledge (Belgium and Netherlands) to include the most recent voice additions to Lync such as Location Based Routing and Group Call Pickup. We will also cover Session Border Controller and Voice Gateway functionality, and how to use them for voice migration and with SIP trunks.
The emphasis for this training is on voice.
