The Lync Server 2013 Multitenant Hosting Pack Deployment Guide is now part of the Technet Library. This makes maintenance easier, so we will probably see some updates soon. Right now the hardware requirements are still based on Lync 2010, the correct information can be found here.

Lync Server 2013 and SQL cluster support

It seems that the updated support statement for SQL has gone a bit unnoticed. At Lync RTM, only SQL Mirroring was supported for backend high availability, and SQL cluster was not.
